• I thought that the gospel was only the door to Christian life, when in reality the gospel is everything, absolutely everything.
• I believe the gospel for salvation, but I also need the gospel every day of my life. The truths of the gospel sustain me every day.
• If your understanding of the gospel is correct, then it will lead you to surrender to the authority of Scripture, to the lordship of Christ, and to live in a way that is consistent, not thinking about yourself, but lifting up the name of Christ.
